Using LullaWave

You’re responsible for how you use it and the choices you make. LullaWave is here to support rest, not to replace professional guidance.

AI in the ritual

The short guided conversation uses AI. Responses may not always be perfect or tailored to your situation.

Accounts (Premium)

If you create an account, keep your login information secure.

Subscriptions

Premium starts with a 7-night free trial. Your card isn’t charged until the trial ends. After that, paid plans renew automatically unless you cancel.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime before night seven — no charge. After the trial begins billing, you can still cancel anytime; your access continues through the end of the current billing period.

By using LullaWave, you agree to the following terms.

1. Nature of the Service

LullaWave is a nighttime ritual and soundscape designed to support rest. It is not:

• Medical care
• Therapy
• A substitute for professional mental health support

If you’re experiencing distress or need immediate help, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services.

When LullaWave directs you to crisis resources — including the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, the National Domestic Violence Hotline, Postpartum Support International, and 911 — those resources are operated by independent organizations and government agencies that LullaWave does not control. We provide their contact information; we cannot guarantee their availability, response time, or any particular outcome. If you need help and are unable to reach a resource we have surfaced, please try another resource or contact local emergency services directly.

2. User Responsibility

By using LullaWave, you agree to:

• Use the service in a lawful and respectful way
• Provide accurate information
• Take responsibility for your own decisions and well-being

3. Emotional & Reflective Content

LullaWave includes a short guided conversation in which you may share personal thoughts or reflections. By using it, you understand:

• Responses are generated by AI
• They are not clinical or professional advice
• They may not always be accurate or appropriate for your situation

4. Accounts (Premium Users)

If you create an account:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information
• You agree not to share your account with others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Premium features are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.

6. Trial & Refund Policy

Premium begins with a 7-night free trial. Your card is not charged during the trial. If you cancel anytime before night seven, nothing is charged.

After the trial ends and billing begins:

• Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Your access continues through the end of your current billing period

7. Messaging Consent

By opting in, you agree to receive emails related to your account and experience. You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.

8. Intellectual Property

All LullaWave content — including audio, scripts, design, voice, and branding — is the property of LullaWave and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

LullaWave is provided “as is.” We are not liable for:

• Any outcomes related to your use of the service
• Interruptions, errors, or technical issues
• Decisions made based on AI-generated content

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:

• These terms are violated
• The service is misused

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of LullaWave means you accept those updates.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Colorado.
